The part Kořenov-Harrachov has other historiy. It was built by Royal
Prussian Railways (KPEV) and it was finished in october. The station Kořenov
was border and customs (this time with Austrian name Polaun).

This beautiful viadukt over Jizera river crossed the border. In the year
1945 the agile international traffic was stopped, although officialy the
border was never closed.

In the year 1959 was changed the part of teritory this way, that the
leaved and not used rails together with the stop Tkacze fell to
Czechoslovakia. The Prussian name was Strickerhäuser.
